Tracy Morgan is getting a 30 Rock reunion, this time with a documentary crew watching. Jane Krakowski and Scott Adsit will guest-star in the second season of NBC’s The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins.
Krakowski plays Angela Broyer, a New Jersey interior decorator with celebrity clients and a useful memory. She went to high school with Reggie and knew him during his relationship with Monica. Adsit is Ed Sommers, the neighbourhood’s regular Santa Claus, whose Christmas appointment puts him at odds with Bobby Moynihan’s Rusty.
The comedy follows Morgan’s disgraced former football star as he hires a documentary filmmaker, played by Daniel Radcliffe, to repair his image.
Edi Patterson adds another obstacle as the homeowners’ association chief who decides whether Ed or Rusty gets the Santa job. Jason Mantzoukas also joins the guest lineup as a music producer working with Brina.
Season two starts on 2 November at 8:30pm ET on NBC in the United States. Its ten episodes will air weekly on Mondays, with Peacock streaming each the following day.
